Irrationality

Speaking of Alina, I come to my title for the week...Irrationality.

I have come to think that this blog's purpose may be to assist the future Survivor contestant should they someday find the golden palm frond and are in need of some advice (like don't drink the fizzy lifting coconut milk!). Unfortunately the advice this week may not be helpful. Here it is, Watch out for irrational people!

I am going back in my mind trying to figure out what Alina did to make people dislike her and the only thing I can think of is that she was friendly to a girl with one leg. This is enough to get paranoid, neurotic people to decide once and for all that you are a distrustful cancer that needs to be extricated from the group as soon as humanly possible. Alina did the best she could but in the end the only thing that might have saved her would have been to recognize people were being completely irrational and flip on them...Join Marty! It is not always easy to spot the irrational, but sometimes it comes easier (I'm looking at you Nayonka!) (By the way I think my spellcheck just seized a little when I wrote that name...)

Further irrationality, Marty, knowing he is a likely target, spends all sorts of energy attacking Jane whom he knows most like, and who is immune from the vote anyways! To what end? Why not focus the attack elsewhere, or maybe try and better your situation a little and bring in those you know are in the bottom...

Take these five  or six and try to split up the other votes or bring out a tie, then you never know what will happen. But Irrationality prevails and he focuses on solving someone elses endgame by pledging a vote for Jane if she makes the jury?!  

Irrationality, there are some things that are easier to control than others and this is a BIG X factor. It is always a factor though!
