Updating the scoring, Aries, Melissa and Rick are doing very well. Kelly S is my only hope so I don't give myself a lot of hope.

I don't have much to say this week...Marty finally lost it and just when he started to think he was getting a little power back. So the topic is Power. Every season at least 2-3 times someone declares (usually in confessional, but occasionally to the group in general to their own peril) that they are in control. This is ALWAYS a mistake. I find that as soon as you think you are in control of the game people start gunning for you. The psychology of it makes sense to me. If someone thinks they are in control, they will act as if they are entitled causing the rest of the players to feel inferior/threatened, even if they are in an alliance with the Powerful. Also, if you know in your deepest heart that you are in control of the game, you will naturally stop looking as closely at what others are doing.

So what can we expect? I expect that soon, Sash and Brenda could find themselves in trouble if they continue to assume they have it all figured out. The only flaw to this is that someone has to decide to take initiative and move against them. Where is that going to come from? Benry? Jud? I don't know but someone should do something sooner than later, it will only get harder.

  1. I think I'm winning because I have the most points, right?
